LOS ANGELES, CA, February 26, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ — Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. an innocent, 41 year old bicyclist was struck while riding his bicycle east on San Joaquin Hills Road, near Spyglass Road by a white Volkswagen Jetta.
The bicycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash after paramedics attempted to resuscitate him.
The driver of the injury causing Jetta, Danae Marie Miller age 22, is now suspected of driving under the influence at the time of the collision. Miller was driving west on San Joaquin Hills Road when she struck the bicyclist.
